Got a shellac manicure woman was very rough taking off my previous shellac. By the time I got to my car the top layer of my thumb has started to peel off. Once I got in the natural light I realised how badly shaped mine were, not square how I asked at all. Varnish was in my cuticles. Density of colour varies, some nails are pale and you can see my previous colour underneath from where it wasn’t taken off properly. Edge of nails aren’t sealed properly with the varnish so they have chipped some more 3 days later. Rang to complain they asked me to send a pic and they will get the manager to ring me - haven’t heard anything so I called back and the girl on the end of the phone is trying to tell me she doesn’t know when her manager will be in again?!
Not impressed and 100% not worth the £25 + the £7 for removal of previous shellac! Will not be coming back again for my nails or any other treatments

I was led into a stark white cold room and asked to strip from waist down and lie on the bed. The beautician then opened the door for everyone to see everything! She then went on to do the worst hot wax I’d ever had. The wax was far too hot and she didn’t wait long enough for it to dry - and so followed very painful peeling! She also did not carry out an actual Brazilian leaving with me a strip of hair underneath and not a proper Brazilian. I was also left with lots of wax stuck to my skin/ remaining hair. Worst experience ever - avoid!!!
