I wanted to try Cryolipolysis to help remove some stubborn belly fat. I felt really welcomed by the girls at Adorn, and my therapist Sonal was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I've never had a treatment like it before, so it was great that she made me feel relaxed and at ease. I'll definitely be going back to Adorn for more treatments.
The setting wasnt the most ambient nor professional looking which is not the type of salon that I am used to. The treatment itself was very good and the beauty therapist was very friendly and informative.
Really disappointing. Booked a 60 minute facial that lasted no more than 45 minutes. Staff didn't seem to be expecting me and initially queried if I was there on the right day. No where to put my jacket and top so had to put them on the floor which was dirty. Woman doing the facial was very hard to understand and kept wanting to talk to me whilst I was having my treatment which was not very relaxing. Afterwards my face felt tight and stiff. Would not go back again.
