AWFUL EXPERIENCE, bad highlights uneven cut. Stylist was dismissive when I said I wasn’t happy. I’ve been trying to contact the salon but they won’t give me the details of management to complain. Ive had to pay another £100 to get my hair done again, I didn’t feel comfortable going back into the salons to get it fixed by them - they would only mess it up again. Yet to get a refund....

I bought the ladies wash and cut, it was my mistake that I didn’t realise this doesn’t include a hair dry at all, just a rough blow with the hairdryer. I had to leave with semi wet hair. The haircut overall was good

Hajra did a wonderful job with my hair and was really helpful suggesting the best colour and style, will be returning.

Disappointed. I paid £42 for a £25 Shellac Manicure. I did have a soak off but nothing done to my cuticles, hangnails etc. A Shellac manicure is advertised as £25, the treatment booked was “gel nail” but I got shellac. The staff were confused as to what I’d booked and the price. If I had paid £30 I’d recommend but not worth £42
