I was especially pleased with the COVID hygiene precautions that were in place. I felt really safe. Karen was as ever friendly and professional. I felt great when my hair was cut and eyebrows had been dyed and shaped.

Karan has gone to great lengths to reassure her customers. Everything was clean and felt safe. The treatment was lovely and karan tailored it to my needs and even plaited my hair after wards which was a nice touch.
