I think my experience was not as I expected because I failed to ask. My usual waxer does both the front and back for a Hollywood and uses hot wax so I assumed that was the standard. As I was unable to get an appointment there I used the Treatwell app to find another place with available appointments. The service was professional and efficient but I failed to understand what I was booking before I did so. Live and learn.

Karan is just great. The cheapest ear piercing I could find in Worcester was £25 and then I found Adorn Beauty Bromsgrove at just £10 so I called to make sure that price was for both ears and not just one and it was! And so I went and Karan's so nice and friendly and great price for a great job! 5 stars!
