Karan is engaging, attentive, knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, friendly and accommodating. I have had several electrolysis sessions with her. On the first one my train was cancelled but she managed to rearrange her bookings so that I could attend a later time that day. She explained the process, performed the trial tests, adjusted according to outcome and comfort. She is brilliant. I am very happy and have ask her to do other beauty treatments for me as well.
