Flexible, thoughtful technician but really disappointed with overall service, felt like crying. I have a newborn and booked to do something nice for myself. Was so excited to find someone who could do nails at home. Unfortunately Adriana ended up being hours late and the appointment had to be postponed, so nails weren't done for my event. Rescheduled nails, but started late again, nails took much longer than advertised and Adriana didn't bring the materials to do the design requested in advance.
