Kate was wonderful! She exceeded expectations for me, and was so attentive to every detail. She started by asking me exactly what I needed for my skin and what my problems were, and then proceeded to tailor every step around it. She even added steps and used tools I wasn't expecting because she thought my skin needed it- I was so grateful! Really chatty and friendly and lovely atmosphere in her spa room ♥️ will be going back really soon
