Lauren was really lovely, friendly and communicative and very knowledgeable. I’ve had a lot of massages and trained as a massage therapist myself years ago and it was honestly the most thorough and firm massage I’ve ever had. My shoulders are a mess of knots so it was very painful (at my request!) which is exactly what I needed. The face and scalp aspect of it were very relaxing so it was a great way to end the very physical back massage! I’ll definitely be going back as I genuinely think a regular back treatment with Lauren will sort my back out and improve my general physical and mental health.
