This is the first Treatwell appointment that has worked perfectly because Lauren is very organised and professional. She was very reassuring and I soon relaxed, so much so that I was able to close my eyes to visualise the sea which was being played in the background. Sometimes I've felt obliged to chat, but Lauren had a good balance between chatting knowledgeably about the products, and allowing a clam peace to pervade the room. Then at the end my nails looked wonderful :-)

Lauren was wonderfully accommodating in arranging my appointment and has a lovely, friendly, relaxed approach which she demonstrated on the phone, and in person during the course of my treatment. I felt completely at ease in her company and enjoyed every minute of my treatment. Lauren did a very professional job and I was thrilled with the results of my pedicure.
