Lauren was absolutely wonderful, amazing chat and a fantastic waxer- it was fast and very pain free! Her very clean and warm treatment room looks over the cathedral, which was incredible for an out-of-towner.

Really lovely facial, the lady knew everything about the products used and how they benefit my skin. I had the Nu mini facial (30 mins) and the products felt amazing on my skin. Was made to feel very comfortable and will definitely be returning.

My husband & I treat ourselves to a regular massage with Lauren. We cannot fault the treatments. Lauren is a lovely, welcoming lady who is very experienced in her craft. The treatment is very relaxing & any problem areas are given special attention. Her treatment room is lovely and warm & in a central location, attention to detail is superb. We can thoroughly recommend.
