Very professional, friendly and explained in detail what she was going to do, how I may feel and how it would benefit me. The room is calming, clean, decorated nicely. The towels were warm to lie on, the massage was so relaxing and eased my sore stiff shoulders. The reflexology was amazing, I felt so relaxed and nearly fell asleep. I had the best sleep ever that night. I highly recommend Advanced beauty in Exeter.
