The eye brow tinting shape wasn’t great. I’m glad I asked the lady to wipe it off when I did. The dye margins were far off my hair line. The lady was very professional and considerate but did not seem experienced with eye brow tinting. I was disappointed that I was still charged for the tinting even though I said it wasn’t right and asked her to wipe it off seconds after it was applied. I felt rude to challenge her at the till. I have been here many times before and have been happy in the past.
