Unprofessional, while I was ready to be waxed there was a knock at the door to which she opened it which made me feel very uncomfortable as it could have been anyone. The wax overall was ok but missed a few parts. I rebooked my appointment to earlier in the day and the staff were late, I can understand as I rebooked to 10 at about 8:45 but if a salon is opening at that time staff should be there
