The lady was absolutely lovely and overall I had a positive experience. Unfortunately the polish was not evenly applied on a couple of nails - I’m conscious that I have chosen a difficult colour and probably the polish was itself a bit old, so I don’t feel at all blaming the lovely and very professional lady who did her best. Big praise also to the hand massage at the end, really relaxing
