I arrived just before my appointment and was greeted by a very friendly and warm receptionist in a nicely decorated, clean reception, who offered me something to drink whilst I waited for a short time.
Dr Natalyja was very informative, professional, kind and gentle, she made a lot of effort to make sure I had a full understanding of the procedures and was comfortable to go ahead as it was my first time. I felt very safe and comfortable with her, as well as confident in her knowledge and expertise, you could tell she is very experienced and has exceptional customer service/people skills.
When I finished the treatment there was an additional receptionist present who was also as nice as the first one, and she was very helpful and accommodating in terms of booking my follow up appointment as well as some further treatments.
I thank them all for a nice experience, and I look forward to going back.
