I’ve been to Aestha several times over the last year, mostly seeing Dr. Asta, who was wonderful but no longer works there. The treatments are good value, but their scheduling is abysmal. The available times shown on Treatwell are often not actually available, and in the last few months they have changed my appointment dates at short notice, forcing me to travel back to London the next day. For my last appointment, I booked in for Aqualyx and fillers. When I got there, they told me they did not have anyone on staff that day who was qualified to do Aqualyx, so I couldn’t have that part of the treatment. I don’t know why they didn’t think to tell me before I arrived, so I could have booked for a different day! Additionally, the receptionist quite rudely told me, “You should do something about your acne,” which was a completely unsolicited comment, and very inappropriate as I’m self conscious about my skin. The fillers were well done and I was pleased with the end result, but the customer service is terrible, and I will (reluctantly) no longer be using Aestha. If you decide to book here, prepare for a scheduling nightmare.
