My visit at Aestha clinic has overall been an extremely good experience. From a warm welcome to a professional consultation. Dr Victoria gave me clear advice on the different treatments available and reassured me that results can be achieved without the need of surgery. Very poor customer service. After waiting in the waiting area and loosing patience for 15min, I came up upstarts to their proper reception to find receptionist and therapist chatting sitting down with a cup of tea! When I told them my appointment was 15min ago and asked me to leave to waiting room and wait for them there. How rude and inconsiderate to treat patients like that.
