i went today and had dermal fillers applied to my lips by Dr Viktoria. both women were very attentive throughout the procedure making sure i was comfortable and explained the process at all times.
The process is a bit uncomfortable but not painful and the result is very good. At the start of the appointment the Dr and I spoke about my expectations and she injected the filler to achieve this. So far, although a bit fresh, I am loving the result.

To start off with I booked my appointment for Botox at 12:30 which was an available slot on Treatwell. I was then contacted by the clinic and asked to come at 1:30 which I could not attend. Then I was offered 4:30pm. Quite confused as to why there are slots been offered online that the clinic clearly cannot do. Its quite annoying.
I then had to come in at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4;25pm and rang the door bell several times and it took them 10 minutes to let me in. I was then told they were running late. waited until 5pm to be seen and the woman kept leaving the room and coming back. I felt that she could not have cared less about me and my treatment and that she wasn't concerned about me whatsoever.
I am worried about how my injectables will turn out as she didn't seem bothered at all.
Would not recommend this place at all.
