I did have to wait a bit then the Treatwell booking wasn't confirmed when I was called in, there wasn't much of a consultation regarding the procedure the receptionist left me with the numbing cream and seemed quite rushed however Dr Natalya was lovely and reassured me with any queries I had and even told me to contact her directly if anything were to go wrong. Won't be able to comment on the procedure yet as it's only been 9 hours but I can say it didn't hurt!
