Excellent service from a friendly and relaxed welcome from the office manager to the lady carrying out the procedure. Very knowledgeable about the aftercare and took plenty of time to explain anything I wanted to talk about. I will definitely be going back in future.
I had botox and awarded 4 stars - only because I had to wait for 20 minutes before I got seen. Otherwise I was very happy with the service. Katie was very nice and made sure I did not get nervous and made sure I wasn't in any pain. She also advised me about free top up adjustments, if I need any in few weeks time. Whole process was painless, NOT A SINGLE BRUSE! Went straight back to work and no one even noticed. Very pleased! Not sure about the results yet, as only had it few days ago. So overall I was very happy with the service I received. Would go back again.
