First I would like to say that I love my lips. This was my third visit to the clinic because I'm happy with the price and the results. During my first visit everything went very smoothly. I was greeted by the receptionist and taken to the treatment room where I was greeted by Katie. She went through the consent form with me and gave me an extensive advice on the different type of fillers. Like I said I was very happy with lip augmentation. I was booked for the lip review two weeks later.
I went for my second lip augmentation two months later and had a very different experience. When I showed up for my appointment I was buzzed into the clinic but there was no receptionist. There was another lady waiting by the reception desk and she looked a bit confused. She said that she was buzzed in but she also didn't know what to do or where to go as there was nobody there. After a short time an elderly men showed up and asked us if we were there for the Aestha clinic and asked us to sit down in the waiting area. After about 5 min another lady showed up for her appointment and was also directed to wait with us in the waiting area. After about ten minutes Katie showed up a gave a very warm greeting to one of the other ladies. She told us to come upstairs, directed the other two ladies to the consulting rooms and then directed me to another waiting area and asked if I have an appointment and if yes then what time. She explained to me that she has another appointment right now and that she will see me afterwards. No apology or real explanation was given. My appointment was more that 30 min late and I had to reschedule other arrangements which I had afterwards. It seemed like they had no idea that I was coming even though I booked two weeks in advance. When I got to see Katie for the appointment she was very pleasant and again I'm very happy with the results. I probably would come back again but the last experience left me feeling a bit uncomfortable and less satisfied than with my first visit at the clinic.

Katie was fantastic. Really genuine and interested in giving me what I wanted. I got Teosyal kiss. She took her time with me and was really thorough. I would definitely go back here for lip fillers again.

Katie was fantastic. Kind and considerate. Quite a small room and reception has you wondering if you're in the right place. Overall, happy, but felt the business could spend time making the reception more professional.
