This clinic has an invalid telephone number on their website and confirmation emails sent by Wahanda. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I waited outside the Harley St Clinic for 7 minutes as no one answered the door. Eventually when someone let me in I was informed that the doctor was running late by 30mins as Wahanda had messed up bookings. There was a patient before me with a very bored little girl, they had clearly been waiting for a long time. It was clear that I would be kept waiting for more than an hour. Wahanda are very efficient with their follow up emails and texts but this lot don't even have a phone that works! Once I actually met the doctor she told me that the reason she was running late was she had a very sensitive patient to deal with, that she was tired and hungry! Very unprofessional experience all round.

Who took time to take me through the procedure at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. The clinic is a nice modern room on Harley street, after 1 day my face looks amazing, a little discomfort but I was made aware of that beforehand. I will definitely be making a return visit and would personally recommend to others.

At first was worried as my lips were swollen really swollen for 2 days but they went down and was in contact with doctor tanya. Very pleased with the service and price! Defiantly going back.. i had restylane 1ml
