this was a terrible experience. first of all Christina was using her phone which Is extremely unprofessional but I let slide because she was nice. But then The wax wasn’t melted enough as 2 types of hot wax pearls were put together in the pot. She knew this and instead of changing it before she began, she proceeded to use the wax. Every time she put it on and tried to take it off, the wax stuck to my bits so she had to rip it off which was painful. I had to ask her to remove the stuck wax that didn’t come off properly. I’ve had hot waxes for 10 years and this was one of the worst. I asked for half of my money back which was fair, and she said - well the hair’s come off - so she had done her job and refused. I explained that the experience was bad and I’m a paying customer and she didn’t sympathise with this. I’m completely dissatisfied with the customer experience and annoyed that such an intimate procedure was done with very little care and when it went wrong, there was no help or compensation. Won’t come back

The lady was very lovely. Quick and completely painless. There were a lot more hairs that could’ve been waxed out still but overall convenient and decent value.
Ladies' Leg Waxing
Great price and friendly staff however the set up was not incredibly peaceful (was done In a room with a partition so had to listen to someone get a wax in essentially the same room). Was also given a dirty towel and blanket to cover myself for the facial. Procedure was very nice (staff member very friendly) but the the setting could be improved.
