very friendly lady. usually have someone else who's waxing techniques were a lot different so was a lot more painful than usual. nonetheless she was very friendly

I booked a wax here which was done with precision and perfection so thank you! I also called the venue before hand to see if I could get a trim, the phone line was so bad I could hardly hear anything but got there eventually. Overall the haircut was good, it what I needed - but I had to ask for them to hang my coat up and the other staff were sitting on the seats meant for customers waiting so I had to perch on a nail bar chair at the front door instead while waiting. Not amazing customer experience but good product service
