This was one of the best waxes I've had and would definitely go back.
The waxer was 15mins late, due to unavoidable personal issues, which was fine. However when I arrived, the man who was on reception (hairdresser) didn't tell me she was running late, until I'd been waiting 10mins already and I asked him what was going on. He was very unhelpful and rude, and had I not already paid I would have left.
The quality of the treatment made up for this, and the girl was extremely pleasant and apologetic.
