Waiting time (almost 30 mn) whereas the booking was made a week ago. Treatment time too long (2 hours for a manicure + pedicure). Good ambiance within the salon but treatment quality can be improved.

Best wax I’ve had in London!! Amanda was amazing and ensured the experience was both efficient, comfortable and not as painful! Will def make this my regular spot for waxing
