Unfortunately the lady ran late again which they blamed on Treatwell booking system not allowing for longer appointments. They also take walk ins over bookings hence why the delay occurs. My last manicure lasted 3 hours so not surprised this one ran late. I was asked to come back a different time despite booking. Due to this I will not return again as I find it unreliable even when booked in advance. Very friendly but I cannot help but feeling unappreciated. When asking for a refund due to my app not able to run I was asked for bank details which I felt uncomfortable with. Finally the lady decided to give cash refund instead. They are very friendly but my advice do not take walk ins when you know the beautician is not the fastest.

The pedicure itself was good especially the callus removing. Unfortunately the customer service was poor. The whole duration of the treatment, staff (including the one who did my pediucre) were talking amongst eachother in Portugese. Myself and friend who booked our treatment were listening to them awkwardly as we were sitting far apart.

Was made to feel very comfortable from start to finish of my treatment. My therapist was a star and knew exactly what she was doing.
