The lady who did my manicure and shellac was fantastic! Very thorough manicure and precise shellac. Would definitely go again.
Gel Nails Manicure
The girl who did my manicure was very inexperienced. I booked for a mini manicure and shellac and it took her 2.5 hours to "finish" my nails. The shellac was horrendeous, my cuticles were damaged! I was very shaken by the whole experience. however the shop manager took the event in her hands, apologised many times and tried to correct the shellac as much as she could, offered me to redo it at my preferred time again and didnt take any payment as an apology for the mistake. I returned back one week later to get my dodgy shellac removed. I was offered a full manicure for free as my cuticles were very damaged at the 1st attempt. I couldnt dare to have another shellac application because i dont think they have the right nail technicians to do it so i get a regular polish applied which was ok.
I wouldnt recommend this shop for a good nail job however i like the way shop manager dealt with the whole situation and she made me feel much better in the end. However I am not sure if I use them for nails again..

Seriously, it was the best wax I've ever had in my whole life. I have no words to say about this salon, totally clean and organised, everything very hygienic I will really recommend it to anyone! Fabiana was the best in my treatment she is an amazing person very lovely. She is very professional on everything she does. I have no words to say on how I'm satisfied on my treatment. The best salon in London, the best waxing ever! Fabia she the best for me .
