I never actually had a chance to see what the lashes were like here. My appointment was cancelled once due to a personal issue of the therapist, which I understand these things happen, but when I asked to reschedule instead of recommending another therapist, I was assured it was definitely possible then on the day the therapist cancelled again 2 hours before, due to personal issues. Which I do understand but it meant ringing around at the last minute to try to get an appointment elsewhere.
She was so lovely , made me feel so comfortable during my wax and gave me the best results ! Definitely returning x
