I had a deep tissue massage with Laura. Even though I was late, she still gave me my full hour and was extremely understanding of my tardiness! I have an issue with my shoulder, which I'd raised ages ago, and she and Kat take (and clearly refer to!) notes on each client so that they can follow-up with these needs to offer a tailored massage, which I find really helpful! Definitely would recommend.
