I arrived a few minutes late as there was no clear guidance on the treatwell page of where to park. The therapist seemed really rushed and treatment was good but was 15minutes less than advertised. I paid for 1hr 15 treatment of facial and massage. Given that I arrived at 10:05; I was surprised to be out of the salon by 11am.

Laura was very welcoming and attentive, making sure to ask frequently how I was finding the massage (I’d injured my back recently) and made it a lovely experience. The head massage as part of the facial treatment was also a lovely surprise!

Such a lovely experience! I did the classic facial. So many masks and a massage of my arms, hands, neck, face, and head. It was wonderful and a great hour-long relaxation.
