I am ridiculously tense and tight under normal circumstances, so under the stress I'm going through at the moment, it's worse. But the Lava Shell massage from Catherine was hugely effectively at relaxing my muscles and easing the tension and pain. The heat you get during the massage is also amazing, so soothing and my muscles feel like they instantly relax. As a business owner myself, I very much love that Catherine goes above and beyond for her customers. Don't think about it twice, book her!!
