Harpreet is very welcoming and genuinely warm. I'd booked a dermaplane facial (cost of £30) but she suggested that I was better suited to another facial. This ended up being a cost of £125, though I got a 25% discount for being a new client.
I think it's very important that transparency is used when upselling and I feeI should have been made aware there was such a huge difference in cost so I could choose if I wanted it.
I won't return due to this.
My only other feedback is that the treatment room was quite cold.

I just want to say, Harpreet is a perfectionist! I absolutely LOVE my eyes and lips! It’s taken me ages to find someone who can get it right!! I’m beyond grateful and impressed! Can’t wait for her to do my facial and cheek filler. The salon is stunning and clean and very professional. I also bought some products from Harpreet and I absolutely love them. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
