I arrived on time and there was a lady in the treatment room, she never checked to see if I had arrived, I sent a message to the contact number but never got a reply. I waited 15 minutes but never got seen so I left, then got a call from a lady who asked where I was… poor service

My first visit to a beauty salon, but definitely not the last one. Sylwia knows how to treat teenagers with problematic skin, she is a lovely person very professional with immense knowledge in the beauty industry. I had very bad acne and my skin was not nice but now after a few days, I feel like I have skin I never had before. Following up on Sylwia's recommendations, I will be back next month to cleanse my skin again, I gave up sweets as well and I am proud.

Anna did my deep cleanse facial and microdermabrasion. She was really friendly and knowledgeable and explained the procedure and aftercare to me. The effect is a soft and glowing skin and will definitely be booking again!
