Alex was wonderful. Extractions were thorough but completely tolerable, and left no post-inflammatory discoloration. She listened and paid close attention to my feelings and thoughts about my skin, and checked I was okay with certain actives etc. I also particularly appreciated that she respected my own lived experience with my acne - which I’ve had and battled for two decades now, with the help of dermatologists and many specialists - whereas some practitioners get quite preachy.
