I went for the very first time, when I arrived, Nicole was sooo welcoming and reassuring, it was my first time getting a professional wax, I had waxed myself before so I knew to expect pain. The whole session it hurt so much less than what I imagined. The whole experience was just so pleasant! Nicole was making conversation and she was funny too! Most definitely coming back again!

Nicole has been doing my laser hair removal sessions, and she is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've already been seeing progress. The salon is very clean. For a treatment that I expect to be awkward, she does a really good job of making me feel comfortable. And I'm very happy with the results so far.
