Alex was so so friendly and was really reassuring when it came to the laser. I had a patch test and a consultation and she really listened and understood my concerns about my problem area and was really reassuring when it came to the pain of the laser (which there wasn’t any) as I’m a massive wimp! I’m so so excited to start my laser hair removal journey with her and I’m super happy with who I’ve chosen to do it with, would highly recommend
