I was so nervous and came to the appointment almost sure I wouldn’t proceed, but Soniya took time to explain all the options, how frequently you have to top up and an honest opinion. Somehow i just decided to then just proceed, that’s how nervous i was. However, the procedure lasted literally a few minutes and didn’t even heard and I’ve already started noticing changes, which of course will take time given I’ve only had the appointment back today, but will check in with Soniya in a few weeks. Thank you for your guidance, being patience with me and making me feel an ease in every way! Amazing lady amd I’m grateful xx
