Naz was very welcoming and very considerate as it was my first time getting threading, which can be an unpleasant experience. Few small tiny scratches on my face from the threading but over all I was impressed

The beautician was lovely, and there was nice relaxing music playing throughout the treatment which was great. I was happy with the eyelash extensions however one was put in upside down so I had to tweeze that out the next day. Overall I am very satisfied and will be going back :)
