Really bad customer service. Tried contacting the salon numerous times, since i had two different times on my email and if it was the first timing i would need to cancel if i couldn't reschedule. After a number of phone calls and a voicemail, still had no response. Contacted Treatwell to try and put me through, the owner was asked if she could contact me to speak to me and she refused. I refused to go to my appointment based on the fact that if i cant rely on them to reply to me when i needed to reschedule or check what time my appointment- doubt ill be able to contact them if anything was to go wrong. When I rang the salon for the last time I finally got through to someone and all she was concerned with was telling me I was going to get a refund for EIGHTEEN whole pounds... rather than the fact I was so disappointed with their customer service. Rubbish.

Fantastic price and really friendly staff. The venue is nothing flashy so if you want a spa-like vibe, this isn’t for you. But will definitely be heading back.
