Have had this treatment a few times now and I find it is helping. I've noticed my back rolls getting smaller and starting to drop.
Staff are friendly. Check in on you frequently during treatment but at the same time leave you to relax. I find it to be the perfect balance as I can usually get in a power nap without being disturbed during treatment
When I book an appointment for a certain time that's the time I expect to be seen, not 20 minutes later which meant I ended up being late for a personal event. Secondly most people would expect for the tools and equipment needed to be set out and already in the room.. Well the person who was dealing with me left the room about 7-8 times because she "forgot" something and "she wasn't prepared for me".

I went there for a cryolipolyses treatment. Emy and Echo very really nice and professional. They accommodated the change of treatment I had originally booked with the other branch on the Strand.
The treatment room and waiting area are plain, but the best thing is that it is really clean and quite - no noise from the outside, so we can have a peaceful and relaxing time.
Only the second treatment so not sure how effective but the venue and staff are really good it's fairly quiet so a peaceful hour or two to lie down and relax
Clean and professional looking treatment room. Had a lovely chat with the beauty therapist who thoroughly cleansed and massaged my face. The only thing I was disappointed with was she applied a sheet mask, which I thought was slightly misleading (feels like something I could do at home!). Nonetheless, my skin was smooth and supple for several days afterwards.
