Venue was a bit hidden away but very nice, clean and calm when you enter. Was told that the treatment I had bought was not actually available so I could pay some extra there and then or leave and be refunded which wasn't ideal but oh well. In the end, had to pay £35 for a quick wipe of my face then to be left for ages with a thin layer of the peel then for ages again with a face mask. Whilst I was left, I could hear all the goings on in the place, especially the man getting a treatment in the next room, and, along with the cold, there was something sticking into my head in the head rest so it wasn't very restful. If I had paid £15 for this, I would have been quite content but I won't be going back. The girl who did my treatment was very lovely but just not there for very much, she seemed to have quite a lot on the go.

I would never use Asthetics of London again. The member of staff I delt with was unprofessional and rude. The whole process is extremely unorganised and I certainly would not recommend at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

I had the Cryolipolysis treatment and I'm looking forward to seeing the results (it's a little early to tell). The treatment was great, not painful just a little weird and uncomfortable just for the first minute. Lovely staff.
