my appointment was at 5 pm and reached there 5. 30pm because couldn't find the place then rang to the shop few times. eventually made it to the shop. and they didn't carried out the procedure told me i am late. i explained i couldn;t find the place but they gave me another oppointment. what can i say! lets see the outcome of the facial. but at the moment i am not sure i will go again.
Classic Facials
The staff were very friendly, the clinic was really clean. The price was good however, my teeth have stayed the the same . I had me teeth done a few weeks ago and have waited to see if they get any whiter but nothing! They are the same as before so for me a bit of a waste of money. Shame
Even though the clinic is quite difficult to find (its up in an elevator in a no-name building outside the Stratford centre) -The office is clean & tidy.
I knew I was booking a cost effective treatment to top up my teeth as Ive had treatments before so I knew what to expect - so I wasnt fussed about good service so long as I was pleased with the results - which I was. My only gripe was that the staff aren't that attentive - after the last 15 min whitening session no one appeared - so I just cleaned myself up , rinsed out & left - there was no one in the office & it was quite eery! If I hadnt had this treatment before I could have been left in an office on my own with an uncomfortable gum shield on for ages ... Aside from that I was happy with my whiter teeth.
Teeth Whitening
This time I've tried the Soprano treatment, I asked about it and was told I could try it with no extra charge, then if I prefer it (the results are meant to be better, and there's no pain! Just feels like a hot stone massage really) I can pay an extra 20% on my remaining sessions. Really good of them to offer the "free" trial so I can see if I find it different before committing to parting with money!!
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)
Great Wrinkle Removal-RF+ Hyaluronic Acid Serum facial. Lovely beautician very good at what she does. Would go back and will do in the new year.
