I didn't know what to expect from this venue in that I hadn't heard of Aesthetics of London in Stratford, given that they were based on a High Road and I'd never seen the location. I felt the customer service on the telephone was professional and felt slightly at ease. I arrived at the venue to find they were located in an office block out of eyeshot. The venue was small & compact but on the cozy side. The therapist was professional and I enjoyed my treatment and was pleasantly surprised by the results. I have had teeth whitening twice before and would say the results were the same and I was satisfied.
Everything was perfect and very friendly staff. The machine sucks your skin and from the remperature drops to -5/-8 degrees but it isn't painful or uncomfortable. I hope i will see some results in 2-4 months as promised. If so, I will book another session :)
Cryolipolysis
The location was a bit tricky to find and the treatment rooms are within a big office block. The reception area was small as was the room where I had the teeth whitening treatment. I had a bit of a wait to be seen but the therapist was very nice and explained the procedure. Although the gum shield you wear can be a bit uncomfortable the results were great and I could really see a difference on my teeth. They were brighter but without being an unnatural fake white. I didn't experience any sensitivity and for the price, I would definitely go back for top ups.
Teeth Whitening
I found the staff to be very rude & unprofessional. They seemed to know very little about the treatment I received apart from how to apply it. Very unhappy with my teeth after treatment. I made a complaint at the clinic and also via email and as of yet have not received a reply.

Attended the Stratford branch for IPL on 6th June 2013, the ladies i spoke to whilst there were very polite, and the therapist carrying out the treatment was friendly and asked how I was throughout the treatment. She did a good job, and I'm looking forward to my next treatment in a couple of weeks!
