It was relatively painless I was expecting pain and it didn't really come the results are yet to be seen but I am confident it will be good! Fingers crossed.

When I visited Aesthetics of London Stratford, the therapists welcomed me warm and were very friendly. As soon as I filled out the necessary documents, we started the dispatch test and made a follow-up appointment. As I have not had my first treatment yet, I cannot say anything about the tools they are using, but overall it seems professional and worth doing.
I chose the cryolipolysis treatment. The location was a bit confusing to get to and the staff were very friendly. Asked me to fill a questionaire and took me to a room with the machine and a sorta bed. They first put some cold cloth and talked me through the process and put the suction part on one of my love handles.
First I could feel it being sucked and squeezed and was getting quite warm and after 3 minutes the temperature dropped steadily to -5 degrees. There was mild disconfort during the drop but apart from that the 45 mts passed quickly whilst I was reading. I was told side effects would be bruising etc but havnt seen much. Got another session in two weeks for the other side then hopefully should see some results in 4 - 6 months.
Was advised to drink plenty of fluids and exercise. Wil submit another review in 4-6 months
I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I can definitely see the difference and so can my friends. I would recommend the procedure - it's a bit strange with the cheek brace at first but it doesn't hurt and you get used to it. Quite relaxing actually, just laying there and listening to music for 45 mins.
