Michelle is so friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. I much prefer the personal approach rather than walking in to one of the big chains who have a "one size fits all" attitude. Also there is no rush and plenty of time to talk options and plans. Michelle delivers the best all round experience and results I have ever had.
