I had the plasma pen treatment on my upper eyelids. Michelle listened to what I wanted & explained the whole procedure. She made sure I was comfortable throughout & gave very thorough aftercare advice. Very professional & friendly. I’m very happy with the results, would highly recommend.

Michelle has the perfect nature for this sensitive profession, she is extremely knowledgeable and well researched. I always find her warm and friendly, gentle and reassuring. She also gives the best advice and opinion on what I think I need!

Flat door/entrance not clean.Door bell not working with wires visible.The window filthy. Unacceptable and not great “first impression. The therapy room great and clean but very small.The treatment could not take place as machine not working.Not advised in advance.Did not open the door as bell not working (owner aware but not advised me or repaired the bell) - had to email her.Clock time not adjusted. Owner pleasant but not prepared at all.May be “leafy area of Epsom” but low standard as a venue.
