Kathryn was very good. I was very impressed. Massage was amazing and I found it helped me with a sore arm & shoulder post-surgery. The room was tiny with some residual water on the floor but the quality of the treatment kind of made up for that. Nice music playing, etc. I would definitely recommend her. My only tiny niggle is that would've liked a bit longer on the extractions (a necessary evil when it comes to facials!) Kathryn spent plenty of time with me too, so it worked out to be very good value. Watch out for oily hair, as a fab head massage was included. Good to be warned (I rushed to buy a headband after, as I was meeting a friend!)

The woman that did it was really lovely and clearly knew what she was doing with the hollywood wax. I have had it done there before by someone else and again was great. Would recommend!
