The lady performing the massage didn’t introduce herself. The massage was great, but I would expect a little bit of introduction to the treatment

I want to start the review by saying the massage was good, however, I left frustrated.
At the beginning of the appointment, I was asked if there was a specific area I wanted to be focused on. To which I said my shoulders and my neck.
The session was spent massaging my back with very little (almost zero) attention on my shoulders or neck.
Whilst the massage was good, I left with the same level of tension in my neck and shoulders as I came in with.
Deep Tissue Massage
Always a good experience at this salon. Samira is very professional, the wax was as painfree as is possible (!), great result and i felt comfortable throughout.
